GoInFront brings back OS 9 window handling when you switch between applications. Clicking on any application window will bring ALL the windows and the application forward, not only the clicked window. This is the way it was under OS 9 and I still think it's correct.
Version 2.0: I made 2 new versions: GoInFront2 acts like the old GoInFront except if you hold down the shift key, only the window you click on will come forward (like OS X). GoInFront2r is the opposite. When you run it, you will notice no change to OS X unless you hold down the shift key when switching applications. When you hold down the shift key, ALL the windows will come forward. I put both applications in one .zip file.
Mac OS X 10.2 or later
