Utilitize multiple Docks.

Overview

MultiDockX is intended to extend the usefulness of Apple's Dock software that is currently being shipped with OS X. The main problem with the Dock application is that many users will want to load it up with so many programs that the icons get so small to the point that they are hard to see and difficult to manage.

To circumvent this problem, MultiDockX creates multiple dock files and loads them into the Dock application dynamically as the user needs. Therefore, a user can keep all of his/her graphics applications on one Dock called "Graphics" and all of his/her DTP applications on another called "DTP". This reduces the clutter and helps keep the dock from being overloaded.

MDX 1.5b, I'm afraid I have to ask for my five dollars back. Since successfully using the previous version for some months now I find that with the newer version ever-time I configure multiple docks the program tell me I've moved a dock from a previous location and shuts down and I'm back to only one dock again. I'm so fed up I just want the previous version back which unfortunately I've trashed. A very disappointed customer

Multidock does something that should be provided with the OS. It is a must, like finderpop in OS9., and one of those cases that Apple should intervene AND grant the developer some support. It DOES need some developemnt yet - sometimes docks fail to load, and I wish the docks were permanent and not dinamically loaded. But until I pay my 3 US$, no complaints ! :)
