Kilometre overview
Kilometre is a file manager for Mac OS X. It provides some features that are hidden or not supported by the Finder. In particular, it can:
- Show and rename invisible files.
- Change the file visibility, lock and stationery attributes, type and creator, Unix permissions, owner and group, file creation date, modification date and backup date.
- Give you the option to merge or fully replace a pre-existing folder when copying a folder with the same name.
What’s new in version 1.3.2
Version 1.3.2:
- Corrected some incompatibilities with OS X 10.11.
- Corrected an error that resulted in undefined values being assigned to file type and creator under certain circumstances.

Very simple, free programm. Definitely, user interface must be updated — small window from 90s with list of micro icons with small text nowadays looks like a joke on HD displays.
Can change folder, file and groups of files privileges & attributes: visibility, reаd only and others. Also, can change them recursively.
About primitive app icon: on macOS you can easy make you own! Just right click on app → Properties → and drag'n' drop a .icns file to the small icon on the top, where show size and change time (not "Preview" area with bigger icon near the
collapsible comments field).
