If this product (for which I paid $50) worked as advertised -- syncing Lotus Notes with the Apple Address Book and iCal under OS X -- it would be well worth the money.
Sad to say, LipSync does not work as advertised. Maybe it will eventually work (I have v2.0 beta 17). The version I have is not reliable in syncing changes made in the Address Book to changes made in the Notes Contact file, and vice versa. Addresses and notes added in one place don't show up in the other, etc.
In some sense, an unreliable sync product is worse than none at all. Certainly this product is not worth $50 in its present form.
Finally, I should add that I sent e-mail twice to support@kissworks.com asking for help with the issues I found, and received no reply at all.
