I purchased Tenorshare 4ddig hoping to collect deleted emails. The program did not work successfully, there is no phone number to call a support person and I can't obtain a refund. I will have to go through my credit card company to cancel my purchase. I would not recommend this company.

I think 4DDiG should mean that this software can dig out data. And yes, it does what it says. I recovered some videos, they were videos with my friends and family.
