Your review doesn't make sense. Please describe what you mean and why you gave this software a half star.

#1 HBCI, used for the German banking system.
#2 Look at the screenshot.
#3 Java.
#4 Pecunia website indicates two versions 1.1.1 and 1.0.9
#4 GIT is empty...Where is Open Source ? Where is code ?

It's not explained properly anywhere, but Pecunia is a program that is specifically designed to work with German financial institutions, using the FinTS (formerly HBCI) protocol:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FinTS

That's the reason the developer's web site is in German only, with no translations. This program has no purpose for those who don't have money in German banks.

MacUpdate should put this "German banks only" information in its description of the application!

1.0.3 is out: http://www.pecuniabanking.de/index.php/downloads

@aduska: I had the same problem on 10.8.3 but that is fixed with the newest release. You should try that and rethink your review of the actual software. BTW: did you report your problem in the issue tracker of the devs so they actually have a chance to fix your problem? https://code.google.com/p/pecuniabanking/issues/list Couldn't find anything related.

A screenshot (or several) in English would be nice.
