I wish there was a demo. If you go to their website Kill Switch isn't even mentioned there.

It seems to be a duplication of a built-in mac function, but it does much more. Kill Switch lists every program, process, background process that is running. It helps you to isolate exactly what is causing the lockup. I had the same doubts as to value before buying it and emailed the developer. I've found it useful. YMMV

Activity Monitor (included with Mac OS X) also lists running processes, including which one isn't responding. I'm still not convinced …

Is it a money generating app??? Cmd+Alt+Esc do exactly the same as this app isn't it?

This is faster, easier, and more flexible than Command-Option-Escape . . . how, exactly? You want my $5, please clarify. It's not as intuitively obvious as you suggest.
