Daily Workouts provides great 10 to 30 minute daily workout routines for men and women that step you through some of the best exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home.

Daily Workouts combines all of the exercises from Daily AB Workout, Daily ARM Workout, Daily BUTT Workout, Daily CARDIO Workout and Daily LEG Workout. Each workout is different as exercises are pulled at random from the 100+ available exercises to create a great full body workout routine. There are options to do randomly generated routines that target your full body, upper body, lower body or core.

If this version is like the iPad version, then it is a pretty good tool for creating workout routines.
