I don't think Nintendo and The Pokémon Company will appreciate the fact that you're trying to make money off their franchise. I suggest you make it free and take it off the Mac App Store, or your app will most likely have the same fate as the Pokédex apps on Android http://nolanlawson.com/2011/05/26/on-pokedroids-removal/
