MyTunesController is a lightweight application for controlling iTunes. Adds play previous, play/pause, play next buttons to the menubar and shows a notification on the desktop when track changes. Additionally it fetches missing lyrics when lyrics window is opened or when using fetch all lyrics menu item.

No this is not meant to be a replacement for great apps already out there like sizzling keys but it is an open source application.
I just wanted to mention that before this app receives a ton of negative reviews. I went to the dev's site which is a google code page.
