The receipt is a bit confusing; If you click on the "Holiday DVD Menu Template Super Bundle 1.0" link it'll just bring you here which is a dead end (though for everything else the link downloads the software). Instead, manually copy the URL text _next to_ the link and paste that into your browser (or into Speed Download :) and you'll be set.

There is no demo link. You must purchase the MUPromo winter '09 bundle in order to download these templates. After you purchase the MUPromo winter '09 bundle you can find the download link for all the templates both in your email receipt and by logging into your MacUpdate account then clicking the "My Purchases" link.
