The only one I know of that the exact pixel dimensions can be set for the exported image.
Developer is extremely helpful and added a transparency option soon after I requested it (beta download, ask developer for it).
Give this a try. It’s the best of many available with a highly responsive developer too.

BTW, I was able to crop 2 pix in Click2Crop, then somehow couldn't figure out how to do it again, weird...

Much nicer than the other apps I tried. Would like to see a few additional features, such as batching and image watermarking, but I could use PS CS4 if needed. Maybe more hotkey support for auto levels and sharpening? Would have liked to use the arrow keys in addition to page up/down.
