The whole point of the dock is to LAUNCH apps. If all non-running apps are hidden how do you launch them? Another vote for the stupid app category. (Very Windows-like.)

"Running Dockter again reverses the previous process. So it's easy to undo the effect and restore the dock." from his web site. Maybe clicking "More Information" helps more than crying.

It's somewhat like filling your car tank

It didn't do anything.

1.2 GHz iBook G4 running Mac OS X 10.5.8 PPC.

According to the developer's website this is universal and runs on Leopard. The details on MacUpdate are incorrect.

it does say on the MU page that it requires 10.6 and is intel only, guess there's a bit of a mix up somewhere

Nice try. First part of the application (hide non running app) works. Unfortunately the second one (show non running app) does. My vote for the most stupid application award.
