The whole point of the dock is to LAUNCH apps. If all non-running apps are hidden how do you launch them? Another vote for the stupid app category. (Very Windows-like.)

Nice try. First part of the application (hide non running app) works. Unfortunately the second one (show non running app) does. My vote for the most stupid application award.
