First of all, this application is supported by a very responsive developer. Tom speedily responded to my support request , and covered all bases. He even provided resources ahead of time, which covered support for possible issues in the future.

Second, the app is much better than I hoped for in a conversion application. It not only flawlessly, for my needs, converted the audio from a video file, but it resulted in a better sound than Safari or Google Chrome produced.

Finally, i opted for the bookmarklet because it is supported in Safari and Google Chrome. Comparatively, the browser extension is only supported in Safari. Overall, this application is full of pros, and devoid of cons.

Sometimes it works, but Most of the time, not. I also have Videobox also by Tastyapps and it is so much better. Plus Musicbox also downloads the video track when the track is from a movie clip. So rather buy Videobox.

Hi, lots of work has been performed since 2.1.5. Videobox is great, but Musicbox is specifically for when you want to extract the audio from any video you can download, fast and with a single clicks.

I can't believe so many people are still hooked on MP3s! To me it's like taking pride in your cassette tape collection decades after the much higher fidelity CD had become standard! Yet I still see many more MP3s available and anxiously sought after, despite the unqualified superiority of the AAC format. What gives?

Who ever said CDs were better than cassettes? That assumption needs to be challenged!

I am tired of the tape hiss from cassettes, not to mention the tangling, the print-through on long-playing (thus very thin) tapes, them jamming in a car deck, etc. I do have over 600 cassettes plus at least 100 audiobooks on cassette, so I have an idea of what I'm talking about.

Just like Videobox except for music. Simple, works. It'd be nice to have some Apple Lossless (.m4a) support.

I needed to grab some music from a myspace page... this app did the trick. I love it. I have been using it regularly to strip songs from youtube videos.
