It worked perfectly in seconds on a FLAC converted to .mp3 file I had, of 170 MB (VA - All That Jazz Is Back)
This thing is so fast you'll think it hasn't started yet, when you discover it's completed the task in the blink of an eye!
And there is absolutely no loss to sound quality at all!
I love it; and see myself using it almost daily!
