If you want a poker analysis package for Mac, I would really suggest going with the venerable PokerTracker, which has been released now for Mac. Although it's a little clunky, UI-wise, it provides very, very deep stats, and all of them are easily used on poker strategy websites. It's not much more than CoPilot, and has a much more flexible database.
This is the best poker tracking software out there if you want to feel like you're using a native mac os program. It's layout is clean and the usage intuitive.
Also it is supported by one of the most dedicated developers out there. If a poker site changes it's hand history format or there is a bug after an update you'll get a new update the next day or two.
Admittedly it lacks some complicated stats but speaking as someone who makes a living playing this game I can say the "how often" is not as important as terms like "texture", "line", "hand range" etc are.
On a final note I don't think it is even oversold considering what you get for your money. It's 50% cheaper than it's main rival. But don't take my word for it. There is a 30 day full featured trial available.
Nice featured software. Seems to give good data. Good graphing and stats.
Auto update of stats did not work for me. I could update with the REFRESH button, but if I am paying that level of price for software it had better function as expected. The author appears to feel (per his website) that incomplete of beta software is acceptable. I would disagree. I would suggest a lower cost till the bugs are removed and then consider a cost increase. He has appeared to have issues with his HUD and now this. Just not clean enough at this time. Will see what an update brings and re-review.
This is the closest thing that compares to Poker Tracker ( Which is in the windoze world )
It keeps track of your bankroll, your played hands, flops seen, VPIP, and other stats of yourself, and players at your tables.
The HUD works as planned, but currently the on table HUD only looks right on the default theme, as the boxes are not movable. The site does say movable boxes are in the works, though.
As for the price, compare this to other products with identical features in the Windoze world. I think it's reasonable. Most folks using this will be able to improve their game and see where some weaknesses are. Depending on what limits are played, it can pay for itself easily.
It's still missing some features as its counterparts, but the author seems to listen to peoples requests on their site

Easy to use, easy to understand: Even though Poker Copilot is a powerful application, it is easy to use. The most significant statistics are always viewable. Charts and tables are logically grouped and always within quick reach.
Currently supporting Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars: Hand history files are automatically located and processed. There's no need to tell Poker Copilot where your hand history files are located. Nor do you have to perform a manual import.
Analyze your hands and your opponents while you play: Poker Copilot continually monitors your hand history for updates. Updates are immediately processed. On-screen statistics automatically include these updates without any action from you. When you finish playing a hand within a few seconds you'll see the data on-screen update to include that hand.
