I wanted to have some dynamic features on the site to exhibit the work that I do. I'm not a web developer so it was important that the product I select be easy to use so and have an intuitive interface.
I downloaded BannerZest expecting to spend a couple of hours evaluating the product. Within 30 minutes I had posted the first animation to my website! I was delighted with the choice of Themes included and have found no issues of concern at all.
Bannerzest is the ideal product for those like me who want to spend as little time possible on creating animations but need professional looking results.

Registration is a pain, when it works.
Support is non existent.
The product doesn't work.

Contrary to what you say, there is a support team in Aquafadas and we answer all the emails, bug reports and feature request we receive.
But sometimes our answers are returned with a mail delivery error. So we try to answer with our Gmail account and most of the time it works. But there are still a few customers that we cannot reach even with Gmail. Maybe you are one of those few ones.
You should get in contact with us (support at aquafadas dot com), we guarantee we will help you to make BannerZest work.
Concerning the registration system. We know that it is not user friendly. The problem did not came from the registration process, it came from the activation process who asked for an activation key that was automatically sent by email. So we changed this activation system in BannerZest 2. Now the program does not asks for activation keys if the computer is connected to the internet.

Cannot get this to create images that are not corrupt.

I have a large project with around 120 images. It worked fine in the past. Yesterday I added 6 more images and uploaded the new banner - around 10 images were corrupt. I uploaded again - this time different images were corrupt. I saved to desktop - different images were corrupt. I changed compression settings - same problem.
I opened my original images - all OK.
Anybody else?
(I'm running 10.6.1) and BannerZest 1.6

I bought it during a promotion; whilst Id like the pro version it is just too expensive.
