1) a disc is stuck in your cd/dvd drive
2) run software
3) the disc SHOULD eject
If the disc does not eject it propably is stuck.
Then you should contact Apple Support
To Uninstall just delete the app

And since when a windows CD with an autostart windows program gets automatically started on the MAC.
I have inserted quite a number of those in my MAC and have yet to see one which automaticall starts on OS X. At least give an explanation of how and why should OS X try to start a windows only application ?
