ControlTower is an application to allow users to manage terminals in Apple's Terminal application.
It provides a window with a number of terminals that can be customised by the user and can be launched with just a couple of clicks. Each terminal uses a different colour set to be easily identified and can have automatically launched commands (for example to automatically ssh to a server).
What's New
Version 1.1:
Support for moving the window - hold Command while dragging the collapsed window
Fix an issue where the window wouldn't be correctly positioned after a screen configuration change
Fix an issue where the window wouldn't be redrawn correctly
Hide the window when a full screen application is open
Requirements
PPC / Intel, Mac OS X 10.3 or later

The 1.1 update finally fixes the one annoying 'bug' with version 1.0, the immovable palette. Now you can place it anywhere at the top of the screen (any edge in upcoming versions perhaps), which means it no longer interferes with the window buttons for windows pinned to the upper left of the screen.
This is a very useful little app, highly recommended.
Control Tower is a surprisingly useful little utility for anyone who practices the fine art of CLI-fu. It allows you quick and constant access to a variety of terminals, all preset with your color choices and even some ability to execute initial commands. I use it daily.
