Hidden Files is an application for showing and hiding hidden files.
This is absolutely wonderful. Even if it is actually doing something relatively simple, for someone not accustomed to using terminal commands it painlessly shows and hides files. It allows them to be viewed from within Finder, which means formerly hidden files can be opened. Be sure to read the "Readme" file (which takes all a 30 seconds), and this is a breeze to use.
Exactly what I needed. I'd suggest putting the two functions together in one app and executing the command behind the scenes so I don't have to quit Terminal, but otherwise, it functioned perfectly. Thanks!
