iTunes Checkup gets the latest iTunes Download count from Apple and displays it up in the menubar, away from everything. Also, will alert you everytime it nears each 100k mark - so you can place your order! You can also, have the number countdown to the next 100k mark if you so prefer. You are also able to set how often you want it to update the number.
