I agree with most of these comments. If you reduced the initial cost to potential users and developed secondary revenue streams from developing add-ons, extentions and advanced professional features including third party creative enhancements you probaly would find a much bigger market undoubtly happy and satisfied because they are actually wedded-to and productively using your solution and benefiting from that use.
wow. i just found out how cool this software is! You can actually broad cast your self using different kinds of features! This is pretty cool; you can add backgrounds to your video and make it look as though you are in the forest...when your actually at home. This will definately allow a lot of users to start broadcasting and present something to the net. Reading the turtorial is probably the best idea of what to do first after you download wirecast or else you wouldnt get a THINg.
Wirecast is the best product in its field! It's actually revolutionizing live broadcasts - and it works from everyone from professionals to amateurs. And the price? Actually I find it pretty cheap if a compare it to crap like Live Channel and other software.

Wirecast rocks and is worth every penny. But, if you were actually in the market for something like this, you'd already know that.

We've been in the market for a tool like this and there's nothing like it even close in price. The closest competitor is something like $900 (LiveChannel) on Macintosh and on Windows, the closest is over $600.
So it's actually cheaper than anything else and gives us what we needed -- easy to use titles for our internal webcasts.

I don't think you understand. This product is so incredibly superior to QuickTime Broadcaster that for the pro broadcast market it is DIRT cheap.
