I tried the demo, but it wouldn't run at first. Their tech support wrote back about setting up MySQL--why should I have to set up a database myself to run this?

After a little more experimentation, I found that it just wants administrator credentials to run, but it doesn't prompt the user for them or give an explanation why. This Windows 95 mentality is not only archaic and officially "poor practice," but it's also a bit insulting to the users by implying that they're as irresponsible with their computers as Windows users.

I'm not using any program that's this lazy or inexperienced or whatever.

I wouldn't purchase this now, when a new version of Word is scheduled to be released on May 15. Wait until the Word 2004 is out, then try this (or a new build that works with it, if necessary).
