I am adding to the comments I just made. To export current Camino bookmarks to Safari, "Export" (in "Camino" menu) bookmarks to a file, selecting the "Safari" option for format.
Locate the "Bookmarks.plist" in User/Library/Safari, and drag the new plist to that folder. Copy the "Bookmarks.plist" name, delete the old Safari file and rename the exported file as "Bookmarks.plist".

The program asks for Camino's 'bookmarks.xml" file, and I don't have any: I think the program has been changed and now uses a plist. As a result, I can't figure out how to migrate my Camino bookmarks to Safari. Any ideas?

SBE quickly and accurately copied my Safari bookmarks to Camino. At first it didn't seem to be working, so I wrote to Paul for advice. Almost immediately he wrote back to tell me that I had to quit both browsers for the transfer to work.
SBE works as advertised, and the user support couldn't be beat. Not too shabby for a free app.

+1
It either crashes immediately on launch or tells me it can't find Chimera preferences folder and fails to function.
I have emailed the developer (about two weeks ago) and heard nothing back.
