I have not had any problems gettng this program to work. The developer has been very responsive to my e-mail inquiriies. I haven't found any other program that can batch process wma files this quickly, efficiently, and conveniently. I found it worth my money.

I recently bought a Macbook Pro and had uploaded/downloaded all of my music to my Dell before that. I noticed that only about two thirds of my collection made it from my USB Hard Drive to ITunes, and I started reading about WMA to MP3 conversion. I downloaded EasyWMA last night and in a short amount of time I had my entire collection in ITunes. I was able to browse the web while my files were being converted. I wish I didn't have to pay $13 to use music that I legally purchased, but I guess it's better than having to re-purchase the music again!

Excellent program that does all that I need except that the ffmpeg component uses over 99% CPU on a Core2Duo MacBook Pro (2007) with 4GB RAM when converting WMA to MP3. I have contacted the developer in the hope that he can better influence the ffmpeg project team than I can to fix this flaw.

This isn't a bug. Format conversion is a processor-intensive task, and any such conversion program is going to use all the processor it can get to finish the conversion as quickly as possible. Some programs will just use one processor, others will be smart enough to use more than one processor simultaneously. E.g. try converting a file in iTunes (under the Advanced menu) - it will use multiple processors, and your CPU % will max out.
