@MacUpdate staff clicking the image for Espionage currently loads an iframe showing the latest App Updates and not the image for Espionage.

Not bad when it worked. Unfortunately it's been broken since October at least on Mountain Lion. Several posts on this on their own support site but still no fix or word from dev so beginning to look like abandon ware.

Which is a shame as it certainly had plenty of potential.

It dials home every time it's launched and won’t convert unless it connects to their servers. So if they're servers are down or you don't have an internet connection then you're SOL.

Because of this I can't recommend it.

It's been said many times but MacKeeper is complete junkware. This review is required to re-address the balance of fake 5 star reviews as ZeoBit is trying to game MacUpdate and it's users.

Carbon Copy Cloner has quite literally "saved my bacon" on a number of occasions. Even at $40 it's a bargain for what this app does.

Having regular bootable clones of my various Mac's provided courtesy of CCC has proved to be indispensable. And by paying the developer for the app will hopefully ensure it's continued development into the future.

Despicable behaviour from the developers over the unexpected upgrade so soon after the MacLegion bundle. I have uninstalled the software out of principle and needless to say will not be recommending this product to any friends.

Whilst ML could have done more to find out the upgrade path plans it doesn't shift the blame or make it any less of a crappy move by the developer. ML also made a a valiant effort to rectify it but again the dev wasn't interested so my original opinion stands.

As for the MU reference well you just give us outdated apps from the go ie TTP 5 when 6 was already out, heh :)

The dev jumped on the bundle at v1.5.5 and made nobody aware they were about to release v2 less than a month after the bundle.

Of course you can and should fault the dev.

Not that I blame you for doing so but arguing with you is simply pointless as your bias and agenda is obvious. Blame ML and plug MU.
