I just started using KM to replace the now defunct iKey and wish I had done so sooner. It can do all the same functions and is much easier to use. Bravo Maestro!

A bit hard to use, but quite powerful. Unfortunately, support seems to be non-existent.

I love this browser and it has some great features (shortcuts, site preferences), but it has too many little bugs that seem to take forever to fix. I think I'm about to abandon it.

Used to be good, but this year is much worse. Updating takes forever after the download. (Maybe they should cut out the cute messages.) The state program for PA is hopelessly screwed up. It's so bad that I'll have to file my state return by hand.

Easy to use and seems to be very unobtrusive in the background. Haven't tried a full scan yet, but so far I'm very happy with it..

I've been using this for over 6 weeks now and am very satisfied. For the average home user with a modest system, it's perfect. When properly configured to only monitor things that really need checking (very easy to do), it makes very little impact on system resources. It's far better than any of the other anti-virus things I've tried. I haven't had to contact the user forum yet, but I understand they're very helpful. Definitely a keeper.

I'm afraid I have to retract some of the above. Recently my system memory was being eaten up, and while I couldn't pinpoint the exact cause, removing Sophos AV has solved the problem. Sorry!

The following quote from the Sophos user manual is enough to keep me from using it: "Sophos does not provide technical support by telephone or email for Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac: Home Edition."

I can think of several free apps which provide tech support, OmniWeb, for one. However, your point is well taken. I decided to try it, and so far am quite satisfied. Positive points: (1) very good user interface; (2) very configurable; (3) unobtrusive, using minimal system resources. Far better than anything else I've tried.

Great app and easy to use. Could it possibly be enhanced to get rid of Google Analytics cookies too?

I had the same problem with it running 10 or more processes. When I sent an inquiry to Intego support, they replied that it was "normal"!

Great utility, but not updated for Snow Leopard -- inexcusable!

iKey is great, but every time I try to update it from within the application, it hangs. No help from the developer.
