The app works nicely, however it interferes with the S.M.A.R.T. readings of my MBP i7. Don't know why, but once it runs the system will report the system HD as S.M.A.R.T. not supported !!

As I noted above, "The app works nicely" for what is developed to do ! Unfortunately the side affect of messing with the SMART reporting is not mentioned in the apps description so users would be aware.
The one star was for spending an entire day trying to figure out what was making SMART malfunction. Your app is not only intended for users who can figure out what is wrong with their Mac, but for users who will end up in an Apple stores thinking their HD is ready to die, time lost, possibly money lost for replacing a HD which doesn't need to be replaced, and the frustration related to all of the above.
The one star is also for your attitude, instead of taking my criticism (as unpleasant as it may be) and try to work out a fix, you tried to dismiss the problem as "not critical" and add sad faces to my comment !

Dude, the proper answer from you should have been, "thank you for bringing the problem to our attention, we'll work to resolve it ! In the meantime we'll document it so that our trusted clients are aware of this problem !"
Anything else is just a show of poor professionalism and disrespect towards your clients!

Bottom line, your app has a major flaw, it interferes with the proper workings of S.M.A,R.T. don't try to justify it, try to fix it !

Very hard to use, and good luck uninstalling it !!!
Uninstall script will only uninstall main binaries, libs and extra stuff needs to be uninstalled manually !!!
