This no longer works on 10.9.

Starting it produces a dialog box stating it is
damaged and cannot be opened and should
be moved to the trash.

I use it on 10.6.8 and came directly to 10.9
from there.

Version 3.0.3 still does not work on 10.6.8.
I'm getting a dialog box stating this and
telling me to do this on a 10.9.

Why does DiskMaker X have to completely erase
the usb drive when making an install drive? I had
already partitioned my 16GB usb drive into two
partitions and wanted to use only one of them
for making an install drive, but it redid everything
and used the whole drive. Seems wasteful to me.
I worked around this (however) by creating two
partitions on a second usb drive and then copied
everything off the first drive to one of the second
drive's partitions and everything works fine.

You are correct! It was my fault - I guess I did not
read/know/understand enough about what I was
doing. I do apologize!

I've wanted a menu bar note app for a long time!
I like your app for what it does, but it needs to do
the following couple of things before I can drop
what I'm currently using:

1. accept copy/paste
2. accept dropping an image to a note

(Also, what is the Anchor Tab for?)

I just downloaded version 1.41 from the app store and when
it finished, it tried to run (I guess) and nothing happened.
I looked at the console log and find the following:

9/2/12 2:38:31 PM[106] ([0x0-0x55055].com.grlgames.fulldecksolitaire[92426]) Exited with exit code: 173

I'm running Mac OS X 10.6.8.

I contacted GRL games and was told that exit code 173 was
set by the Mac App Store and that it was probably a bad
download. I tried 3 times before it finally downloaded
properly. The game runs now.

Nice game, but with issues, as follows:

1. If you make a ball on the break, the game doesn't reflect
it in what the players are to shoot, ie, stripes or solids, but
you can keep shooting (you just have to count the balls to
see what you made). Since the game does displays text at
times, it would be nice for it to say "The player made the
5-ball", etc.

2. I agree with others, the computer makes terrible shots,
especially when the player has only the 8-ball to shoot. It
shoots a cut shot but on the wrong side, etc.

3. The player needs to have the ability to unselect which
pocket he/she has chosen when shooting the 8-ball, in
case he/she determines the need to select a different one.

4. What the heck is the white cue-ball with the black dot
in it on the right rail for? I've clicked it and nothing seems
to happen.

5. I wish it had more breaking power.

6. There were times when I felt I missed making any balls,
but the game indicated that I was to continue shooting.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that when the player is shooting
the 8-ball and scratches, he/she should lose, but the game
keeps playing.

Also, when asked to place the cue ball, I select a location
and the game ignores it and places it some place else.

Please do something with the computer shot selection,
because it has easy shots and it goes for impossible shots,
and it doesn't seem to know the 8-ball is in front of its
ball when it shots and it makes the 8-ball, and like I said
before, it loves to shoot cut shots all the time and they
are ridiculous.

But, I must say this is almost as much fun as playing a
real game of pool (which I love)!

It would be nice to take back a shot to test different
results and different ways the cue ball moves.

Because the game does NOT register balls made on the
break, when I made the 1-ball and then missed my next
shot, the computer shot a solid and the game incorrectly
then said I was strips and it was solids.

Version 2.5 yields the following on Snow Leopard:

printf %b '33c'; cd $'/Users/rcd/a/b/c/d'
Illegal variable name.

Selecting 'options' and then checking the 'skip cave levels'
box and then clicking the 'ok' button causes everything to
hang. Clicking anywhere on the 'preferences' background
causes the 'ok' button to turn blue again. Reclicking the 'ok'
button causes chopper to terminate.
