Well, I finally have a reason to use my Samsung Blu-ray Writer SE-506 ($50). So I bought the Blu-Ray Player. I bought the Player App on MacUpdate 50% off Promo so it was only $19.95. Great Deal. I tested the Player and the software with Warner Bros. Batman - The Dark Knight Rises. I thought if both player and software could handle the "king" of encryption (WB) then it's worth every penny. Half the stuff from WB gives my real BR player a fit.

I noted that the sound was a little loud as compared to other players. Just had to adjust a few things setting on my speakers and I was good as normal.

I also tried a couple ISO's that I like to watch and everything worked as advertised.

Only comment would be to add a floating controller (Something a little more ellegant than the "BIG Text WORDS") and an eject button when playing a disk.

Keep up the good work.

Nice software, but way over priced. I bought this "Navicat" software around version 1 (Mac and PC) for about $35 each and upgraded about 2 times. Then I skipped many worthless upgrades and now "No support!". Just pony up the full price and we'll let you have it again minus the report writer minus the multiple connections to other RDBMS's. Glad I could support them in their early funding days.

They took a good product and neutered it.
But you can buy their Enterprise version at an even higher cost.

I like the software, I'm just not too keen on their marketers.

Can you hear me!!!! Lot's of clients!!!! Can't help them with VISTA!!!!

You created all this work the least you could do is make a client that could work with this piece of @#$%!

So glad I'm on a Mac!!!

Okay! For all those out there that have problems with Parallels.
I run the 2w.x version everyday at wok on a MacBook Pro running 10.4.11 with MS Office 2003, ODBC to SQL server, Sybase, Oracle and I run Outlook with one minor glitch. When I scroll up too fast in excel I have to restart excel of the screen draws funny. That's it! I works like a charm! I will say it one more time. MacBook Pro 2.4 ghz 4meg or ram Parallels 2.x version running for 1 year 5 months very little to no problems. Great software! I'm a Mac user since MacOS 1.0 to system 7 to Mac OS 8, thru MacOS 9.0.4 all the way to 10.5.7. Parallels has been the second best software I've ever used. Yes! I have a Mac Pro 2 x 3 Dual Core Intel Zeon with the latest Parallels and I install Windows 2000, MS SQL Server 2007, with IIS install, PHP, PEAR , ODBC, MS Office 2003 and it workd better than on a real PC.

I write this so other can see what can be done if you do it right.
On a Mac that is!!!

Enjoy or Crash and Burn!
