Either something's broken or this is a borderline scam. I am NOT uploading / syncing ANYTHING - all my clips are local yet the usage meter says I'm over my limit and keeps telling me to upgrade!! X( Not only that but the only way to get rid of the nag is to say upgrade or force quit. ATM, I CAN'T use Evernote AT ALL! (It won't even let me!)

I am NOT uploading ANYTHING - I don't WANT to upload anything - only clip locally. In fact, the web client shows 0% used space. If this is an oversight it should be fixed, otherwise it feels like a strong-arm tactic to get you to buy a Premium account.

This may seem like a good app but it has a MAJOR BUG in Snow Leopard where your annotations, etc. could be lost. In addition, a Bug report has been filed on it and the developer says it's normal to expect data loss!?! (and I quote, "That's the way it is, it's not a bug.")

I will amend my previous statement… the Bug is Apple's not Skim's but I understand there are things that could be done to workaround the bug (and things that need to be done by the Skim team).

The bug has nothing to do with an application not supporting Skim specific features - it has to do with a bug introduced by Apple's programmers (confirmed as a bug by Apple "DTS" from what I've read). If this bug is not fixed (and it sounds like it will not be any time soon) then Skim data could easily be destroyed by this bug.

I can't believe you would take such a cavalier attitude concerning people's data. "Lost all your highlighting and annotations? Meh." For shame.
