Is there a way to "add a page" to a pdf document, or to "move pages" between two pdf documents with Skim ? Tnx

Finally decided to give up on Parallels and upgraded to 10.9.2. It looks as if the retina MBP 2.7G i7 with 8G ram and 256 G flash drive is more responsive. My older MBP is behaving as sluggish as before. Had no problems during installations on both machines, saved a few Giga of HD space on both, and the new tweaks like finder tabs and so are neat. HOWEVER, among all the new features the one crucial to me is the multiple displays - finally I don't need to arrange my windows and screens each and every time that I arrive at the office and connect the MBP to the office monitor.

Any ideas how to remove the option "Move to DB" from the right-click flip down menu ?

Drdul, tnx for the link. I read the entire link, and it looks as if even if you follow the commands listed there, this annoying menu line pops back after sometime. As is written there, this is a "dick move" by DB.

Dear Drdul, thank you so much for referring me to this new link. I just couldn't stand this annoying DB right click menu. While I haven’t use UNIX for a very long time, some of the commands listed at that site I couldn’t execute without using the “sudo” command prior to the execution. Anyway, this DB menu is now gone, thanks a lot.

Tnx Macolyte for the tip below - regrettably the developer forgot to mention that pinch in the above description.

Last time I reviewed this application was almost 8 years ago. Since then it is just getting better and better. It is stable and faster than ever. A real lifesaver, thanks the developers.

I am using KD for 20 years ! Back in those days it was a fair program and comparable with other available programs. This program enables to generate professional graphs that look by far better than anything XL can come up with. However, the GUI hasn't change during those 20 years, and the ability to manipulate the data is not too good. Due to the ridiculous upgrade price ($60) from 4.1 to 4.5 I am seriously considering to abandon this dinosaur. The sole reason that I am still hesitating is the huge amount of data and plots that I already have in KD format (the data requires some work to transfer to other formats, the plots are not transferable). In conclusion, on top of the (even more ridiculous) entry price of $200 !!!!! I don't recommend to join the KD club at this time.

Does anyone knows if AirDrop finally works between Macs with Maveric and iOS devices ? (I'm using Mountain Lion and my Macs and iOS AirDrop(s) are disjoint … the MACs can AirDrop among themselves and the iPhone and the iPad can AirDrop - but nothing between the two groups)

Thanks for the update Edgar. I find it very odd that there is no way to synchronize between them ...

The addition of the LaTeX aware spelling (as a part of the OSX) is great. However, I'm unable to reach the site http://cocoaspell.leuski.net/
How else can I activate this feature ?

Since updating to iTunes 11.0.2 and the latest version of iTV the iTunes airplay keeps failing - only the one in the iTunes. I can mirror my screen and play through the TV system but not through iTunes. Only after rebooting it works again for sometime. All other devices (iPads, iPhones) are working fine.

With the 5.1 I have an odd problem with the tab shortcuts. I setup CMD+right arrow to move to next tab and vice versa for moving to the previous tab. It worked flawless till this version. If I define CMD+shift+right arrow (and vice versa) it works, but I don't like this short clumsier shortcut.

It looks as if since I installed it "Mail" is crushing quite frequently, in particular every time I switch a location (home, work, etc.) Mail quits. It almost never crushed (I am an OS X user since day 0) till I installed Dropbox - anyone is familiar with that problem ?

I just paid for the 2.1.2 update, is this update to 2.2 is included or not. In the 2.1.2 update the file types was chanced and my 2.1 version couldn't open the new files. I certainly don't want to make the same mistake again ....

Thanks, this is a bit different from what is written in the download link in the developer site. In any event its not to easy to follow.
