Love it! Mostly.....sent a support email with no response regarding a strange error I get when trying to upload files....stops in the middle stating that it lost connection....same files, same folder, same hosting service using Forklift 1.7.8 goes without a hitch......has happened no less than 6 times in the last 8 FTP attempts.

I am a little confused about the product...you have two options to buy (first time buyer here), the product, and product with subscription (which gives you upgrades for 12 months)...soooo, am I right in thinking that if you don't buy the subscription you get no upgrades??

Yes, motion detection would be great.....wondering what the response would be, am thinking about buying it now, but having screenshots at wide intervals might miss something, taking screenshots in small intervals takes up too much space/bandwidth.........no motion detection to get only what I need to see that is moving in front of my computer/in the room is making me lean away from purchase at this time......

What are the Lineform developers doing? January 7, 2009, I wrote about a bug that will not allow you to undo (in v 1.5). Their response was:

"We have fixed this in the new update that will be released shortly, but in the meanwhile you can use the following as a workaround.

First, create a new blank document and save, then quit Lineform and reopen by double clicking the new blank document."

On April 7, 2009, while expressing my frustration with the "undo" still not being fixed (v 1.5) to the company in a support email, I received the following:

"To regain your undo function create a new blank document and save it. Quit Lineform and reopen it by double clicking on the newly created blank document. This will be fixed in the latest update."

Now, it is June 6, 2009, we are still using version 1.5, with the same bug, and no update to fix it that was due shortly in January, 2009.

Very frustrating, buyer beware......are they still developing the program?

Nice program....one thing I feel that is missing is a "skew" or free transform tool, seem to use it quite a bit in most of my other programs.......add that, it has my vote. If it is there, can't find it.....just find an angle option.

Looks interesting, and promising....one thing I cannot locate (if it is an option) is where I want screenshots or pictures taken to be stored.....would be a very nice feature if not already there. Still haven't found the pics.......off to test some more....

Version 5.1, when installed this version app window will open; however, when you click "quit" in window to minimize app it quits, relaunch and same thing occurs...restart, same thing. Using Mac Leopard 10.5....

Have never have any problems with Itunes, however, after updating to 8.01 will not let me log into store, have changed password, restarted, will still not let me log into the store......
