Really pleased with this software. I am from the UK but currently live in the far east and I mainly use it to access my Netflix UK account and BBC iPlayer. It was very simple to setup, I can use it on all of my devices (concurrently if I wanted to, but that would be silly). In the 2 years approx that I have been using it, the UK servers were only down for me once. When I contacted support (because I thought that I had broken something), they were very apologetic and explained that the UK servers had gone down in the middle of the night, US time. It wasn't long before things were back up and running. I would call that first class support.
When I use BBC iPlayer, I can just connect with a standard UK proxy, but Netflix requires a UK VPN. Another UK TV catchup service I have used in the past (but stopped because of the 5 minutes of ads every 10 minutes), called 4oD really didn't want anyone outside of the UK connecting because they were still able to know that I wasn't in the UK when I connected with a proxy or VPN. They thought they had one up on me, that is until I combined a proxy and VPN (ingenious!). The software does warn you that this may result in slower speeds but I was still able to watch what I wanted without any issues. Now if someone could just invent a streaming media ad blocker, things would be perfect.
