Why is htis not compatible with Mountain Lion? I like the app but cannot upgrade because I cannot go to Mavericks for the unforeseeable future due to other application incompatibilities with Mavericks. So again, I have wasted cash on an app that is not upgradeable. Remember Radio Gaga. I bought that one too, and it no longer exists. Lesson: be careful what apps you purchase.

Crossover 12.5.1 doesn't load on my Macbook Retina either (on Mountain Lion). I suppose it won't run on Mavericks as well. I'll be sticking with version 12.2.2 and Mountain Lion.

Not a fair review. New version probably works great on other systems. Probably my system. 12.2.2 sure works good though. Good option for old windows games.

No matter what I've tried I cannot get 12.5.0 or 12.5.1 to work on mountain lion. I have deleted everything twice, including bottles. preferences, etc. If I try to make a new bottle with 12.5.1 I just get a spinning beach ball. I cannot even get into the control panel to change the graphics rendering on any bottle. Once I did everything over using 12.2.2 everything works fine. For this and other software compatibility issues, I will not be going to Mavericks any time soon.

Apps and games no longer load under Crossover 12.5. Worked fine in previous versions. I hope they fix this soon so I don't have to remove it since it has become useless.

Tried it...doesn't work. It will apply corrections to photos but you cannot save anything. Tried it on several different computers. Probably wouldn't be bad if you could save your work.

This version doesn't start on either of my macs. Previous version is great! I used it all the time on Windows and look forward to it's continued development on the Mac platform.

Seems to work fine up to and including Lion. On Mountain Lion it will not let me eject external drives. They both ejected fine (Firewire and USB) until I used Espionage to lock some folders on them. I have now totally removed Espionage 3 and still the drives will not eject or dismount. So far I have not been able figure out what is running when the drives are connected and then dismounted, which of course they refuse to do.

Previous versions worked fine. Version 1.4 does not launch in Lion 10.7.3 for me anyway. Had to go back to previous version.
