As a customer whose licenses were revoked by Koingo, I found all the recent emails from Koingo to be strange and manipulative. As an attorney who read the communications between Koingo and MU, I find Koingo’s position to be absurd:

1. Koingo agreed to the terms in writing (email), then changed their mind weeks later and tried to claim that their promotions manager wasn’t really an employee and wasn’t authorized to agree to the terms.
2. Koingo then breached the agreement with MU, and fraudulently revoked legitimate customers' licenses. Since Koingo is a Canadian company, US customers had little recourse, and Koingo knew it.
3. Koingo lied to MU’s customers, claiming that “We only ever agreed to giveaway copies of version 2.x.”
4. Koingo then accused MU of copyright infringement and theft in order to bolster it’s false claims about the agreement with MU.

Koingo, you need to sit down with your attorneys pronto and learn how to do business legally in the US. When you do business in the US, you have to comply with US laws. And BTW, didn’t you have a similar “misunderstanding” with MacBundleBox in 2009? http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=758741

Glitchy software

This software needs work. It keeps reinstalling itself as a Login Item even after being removed repeatedly. There is no “deactivate” or "preferences" option in the menu bar. You have to find your way via “Scenes and Settings” and then click on the small unlabeled wheel icon- and still no general option to deactivate the program entirely, only for specific apps. It slows processing speed noticeably as it turns on, and keeps popping up on it’s own despite system screen saver preference settings. Also, two weeks after downloading all available scenes, the bottom screen still reads “screen download in progress.”

Demo doesn't work with 10.6.8. Demo worked briefly and I was ready to buy, but then I got a spinning beach ball when I tried another Word file. Force quit and tried again, entire mac froze. Restarted mac, removed DeltaWalker and then reinstalled. Result: spinning beach ball again.
