I like this app a lot. I've been using it daily since I bought my Garmin Edge 705 and really like nearly everything about it.

The only thing I don't like is that the developer calls it "freeware" when it's really "nagware". The app is "free", but nags you to send a "donation" every time you launch it, requiring you to check a box in order to click the dismiss button. Each day you don't "donate", the time you must watch this nag increases by a second or two.

Honestly, I'd have bought this app three months ago if the developer was honest about it being nagware or shareware and seeking registrations, not "donations".

HAHAHAHA....Requiring a credit card in order to try out the new version? I guess the time has come to fully abandon StuffIt.

I love this app! I've been using it since it was called Metro and was still an alpha. I'm glad to see the app continued development and I plan on purchasing a license soon, as it is extraordinarily useful for online maps such as Google Maps & gulesider.no.

It's so simple it's almost embarrassing that no one has made something like it before.

Great utility app! I had an FLV file that was really just an embedded MP3 and iExtractMP3 was precisely the correct tool for extracting the MP3 without question.

Yay! Although it doesn't have the conversion functionality, it's got all the features I love about SoundApp (which I *still* use on my OS9-based Pro Tools rig).

Thanks for bringing us up to OS X!

Developer: could you please adjust your installer so that the application won't install on a non-Intel machine? I've noticed some people getting confused that the software installs, but doesn't run.

A nice first-try effort. The UI is better than most 2-trk editors I've seen. I'm sure there will be more features added and it will be come useful at some point.

At the moment, it doesn't do a ton, but the app does exhibit some nice ideas. I especially like the editing paradigm of dragging tabs from the left or right to trim the file, the fades being dragged, and the method of adjusting gain on any selection.

The spectral editing is pretty damn cool, too, and I hope more detail and ability is added to that. It could be incredibly useful for dialog editing & clean-up on films.

Keep going, Adobe!!!

Previously, I have been totally satisfied with QuickBooks, but I must admit the 2007 version is a bit less impressive than the previous versions. There are some ridiculous bugs, such as filtering in reports returns the information on the wrong filter term.

There are some good new features, though. The new Layout Designer is great, since ugly invoices that don't allow for much customization was a real problem in previous versions. Unfortunately, there's now a problem with wrapping text that extends past a column's line in an invoice.

The Universal Binary was a welcome update, as I've gotten quite tired of constantly rebooting my MBP in order to run QuickBooks and Quicken. (Too bad I still have to do that for Quicken.)

There are still some major usability issues, though, such as contextual menus that don't contain useful options.

FAN-smegging-tastic! I was just playing a game that used up 80-100% of the CPU and brought the operating temp to 169°F. I tried smcFanControl, asking it to move the fans to 4000 rpm each on my MBP, and the temperature cooled to 117°F (normal operating temp) in under a minute.

Thanks for the software!

Been using CrossOver extensively and it is fantastic! i've been running a bunch of unsupported apps, such as SurCode DTS & SurCode MLP, and the work beautifully.
