I like it, the only problem I've had is importing a huge Openoffice document. Can't get that to work, but must be a problem with the huge document itself. I also like the company, they seem to be a bunch of nice people.

This is software I used once in a while since I got a license, but I can do without it. I will have to since Koingo decided to take my license away and is spamming reviews with the same message over and over. I looked it up, my license was coupled to my e-mail address and Koingo has been using that to mail me their ad-mails ('Ahoy Koingo Software Customer!'). So it seems they wanted my e-mail address as part of their participation in the package deal. You have a bit of a problem stating you did not have a deal with Macupdate if you have been using my e-mail address since then.
You make software to clean a machine and to store encrypted data, that means your users have to really trust you not to destroy their data or their system. Taking away a license breaks that trust completely. An incredibly stupid move. I usually buy updates to software I like but I will stay away from your software.

Koingo: maybe you explained it all to other users in email or otherwise, but I didn't receive any notification. I had to read through one of your ad-emails to know about this situation.
I don't really care about your problems with MacUpdate, I just know you've been sending me ad-emails because I was a customer. You can't have both. But you should understand that I really, really don't care about your problems with MacUpdate. I care about your way of communicating and disabling software.

So Koingo decided to take my license away and is spamming reviews with the same message over and over. My license was coupled to my e-mail address and Koingo has been using that e-mail address to mail me their ad-mails since I bought the Macupdate package. Koingo obviously wanted my e-mail address as part of their participation in the package deal. If you did not have the right to have my e-mail address it makes your e-mail messages nothing more than spam. I usually buy updates to software I like but I don't trust your company anymore.
