EShox has cost me dearly. No email responses, their authentication server fails and is down for days/weeks at a time.
I have never seen a package that requires an individual serial number check every time a customer places an order.

If they payed attention to their support email acccount, they might notice that their server is down.

I have had to pay many developers good money to repair bugs in their software because they have no tech support or customer service.
They need to start offering refunds for software that doesn't work!
