I purchased the app about 6-8 weeks ago. In that time it has failed twice for periods of more than two days.
In both instances the failure was caused, according to you, by your server being off line. That suggest to me that there's a fundamental design flaw in the app -- it won't work unless YOUR server is working!
You claim that I should have been aware that you were moving offices but NOWHERE was that stated in the sales materials and download site at the time of purchase.
You only informed your client base of the most recent outage two days AFTER it was resolved -- duh, thanks for telling me that your app wasn't working!
I like the app when it works. The problem is that, so far, reliability has been a severe problem and developer's attitude toward outages is decidedly laid back. Reaction to email complaints is hostile.
PS I had NO problem registering the software and the BS about flash cookies did, in fact, come from you.

My objective in writing a review was not to extort a license extension from the developer! My objective was to truthfully share my experience with the product. I wasn't looking for an "argument".
I certainly appreciate the subscription extension, thank you.
But I still believe that there are fundamental flaws in the implementation of your app (which you seem to acknowledge, below). I also have to say that, before I posted this review in public, the developer showed little interest in the issues I experienced. I still don't think the developer 'gets it' when thinking about how to treat end-users.
