Check the developer's website before you download. I got version 5.4.8 there while the download here is 5.3.15-0.

This page shows version 1.3.6, but when I download it the app describes itself as version 1.3.5 with a Modified date of 16 Feb 2012, not the 05 Oct 2012 I expect.

This isn't right. 20 Dec 2011 is the release of version 9.0. But I already have version 9.0 released on 9 Nov 2011. Yep, the files are different sizes so they aren't the same.

Oops, went too fast.

Downloading from Mozilla I get 9.0b6, but that isn't the same as the one from this link either.

The upgrade process forces me to make my Paypal payment through the application itself, but it doesn't have any of the security that real, dedicated browsers have gone to a lot of trouble to provide. It is just too easy for this security-by-obscurity process to be exploited by unscrupulous characters. I'm not accusing this developer of anything but, having had my identity stolen once, I am very wary of such things.

Give me a way to use the standard process that assures me my connection is working the way it's supposed to, and I'll buy my upgrade. If you don't, I won't.

Everyone has already said all the good stuff that needs to be said about the program. I concur, it is fast, flexible and reliable.

But so too is the developer. I emailed him about a problem importing a file of card data with UTF-8 characters. He responded within 15 minutes, and had it fixed within 36 hours of my report. That's the kind of developer I want to support.

If you are going to use a $20 mouse, then you aren't going to expect it to do much and you don't need this program. If you use a multi-button mouse, especially one from Logitech, you are going to want all the buttons to work, and since the Logitech LCC driver is so unusable (don't bother even trying to set button functions for anything other than the default), then you need this driver. Now I get to pick whether the scroll wheel clicks or not, not the machine.

After the frustration of the included software, I'd consider this program cheap at twice the price.
