You guys do know that all you need to do is click the 'x' when iphone starts doing a backup and it moves on to updating your iphone. I don't see the point in this app

it hasn't corrupted any of my iphone backups and it's a nice option to have when I am in a hurry and know that I can backup my iphone data at a later time. I would rather disable the backup vis the native application than I would using a 3rd party solution.

I believe that I may have to retract my original comment and eat 'crow' on this one. Ever since I 'stopped' my backup, my iphone has not been syncing properly. Furthermore, all of my sync are taking forever. Therefore, I now have to go through the trouble of restoring the iphone. Apple really needs to get these issues fixed. It should not take over an hour to backup the iphone.

This app is simply awesome. I have been using it for over two months and have had almost no problems with it. The one problem I did have was almost instantly resolved via customer support. I highly recommend this especially after using SpanningSync

I really don't understand why this software has received so many bad reviews. I have been using it for over a year now and have made over 500 backups of my commercial DVDs. There have been a few cases (probably between 10 and 20) where the discs were unable to be copied. However, there have been very few 'coasters' since the software recognized the disc could not be burned before an attempt to burn the disc was made. With that being said, I wholeheartedly agree with criticisms of their customer service, or complete lach thereof. I had a problem with one of the updates and no one ever got back to me. Thankfully, I was able to figure it out myself.
If you are attempting to make copies of unprotected, non-commercial DVDs, then this software is not necessary but if you are trying to make 'legal' backups of your own commercial DVDs then your only alternative is going through the 'production' of using MactheRipper and Toast.....
