Actually, I'm finding the same thing. About every 30 seconds or so, the metronome has a 'hiccup' for lack of a better term.

I checked running processes and the CPU is 3.9% occupied. iMac December 2009 model.

Just tried to create a compressed DMG. Everything seemed to work fine, right up until the very end. I was left with a 1.3 MB disk image.

The other option, "sparse disk image", leaves me with a 347 GB disk image. Not an option, as I am trying to create a bootable disk that will fit on a 4.7 GB DVD.

Not happy.

Been working with Sibelius 5.2 for a little while now. Quite the leap from Guitar Pro! Of course, GP is a lot less expensive, but it just can't touch Sibelius, the "kitchen sink" of notation programs.

Ease of use was immediately apparent - though there are some features that require tutorials/help files, still I find it a very intuitive program to use.

Unlike SimplyRAR, with Rarify you can control segment sizes when creating a RAR archive. That feature alone makes this app useful, and SimplyRAR useless (for the time being). The devs of SimplyRAR should at least have included this feature before releasing. But that's just my 2 cents.

The installation will take up 68KB of disk space. LOL! How sweet is that.

Oops, the aforementioned decompression actually took longer than I had originally thought... was actually stuck at 99.9% for about 20 minutes. But it's still good to have this program around for the rare time you need it these days.

Just bought a new Mac mini (2 GHz quad core) and tried Stuffit Expander out on a huge (2.5 GB) file that, amazingly, uncompressed a LOT faster than I thought it would. Maybe the new Mac was a factor too, but I wasn't expecting that kind of speed. Good work on this version.

Has never let me down, ever. Excellent piece of software! The preview feature is a great bonus.

Oh, just one more suggestion: being able to manipulate image quality settings when saving would be great as well.
