I purchased this product yesterday and followed the poor link to their website. After entering my address information, which it didn't say was required, it told me I had timed-out and didn't allow me to download the product.

I sent an email by clicking the link to support@writeitstudios.com nearly 24 hours ago and have received no response.

A couple of hours later, I opened a discussion on their message board (where they promise a rapid response) describing my problem, and have yet to receive a response.

I downloaded the temporary app and used the login and password they supplied me, but they informed me that I didn't buy the app.


Needless to say, I am underwhelmed by their customer service.

If I could give them a negative rating at this point I would, but since I have to give them something, I'll give them half a star.

I got an email from David Schiefer of Write It Studios Support yesterday. He said to bring up the app I downloaded here and go to Register on the menu and enter my email and the password that I received from them when I purchased the application.

This time it registered the app instead of saying that I hadn't purchased it, so I'm working now.

The email also stated that I didn't have to enter any address information, but until I entered address information on the original web page on their site, no button pushes did anything. After I entered the address information I got error messages, frustrating, but some feedback at least.
There are currently no troubleshooting comments by this member.
