Looks promising, but without more extensive screen-shots I'm not able to tell if this will actually be a solution for us. Does this product change fundamental UI elements such as the scroll-bars and individual buttons in programs such as Mail and Safari? My school is looking for a solution to solve a host of UI problems (poor visibility, difficult-use-or-even-missing scroll bars, little differentiation between buttons which are now all grey) which were introduced with Lion and which remain to this day. Throughout our school the frustration with the Mac UI since Snow Leopard continues to grow. Regardless of how much training we have, rather than "getting used to" the changes as we expected would happen, staff and students continue to routinely struggle with a UI which is more difficult to use and frustration continues to grow rather than diminishing.

Ideally, if this product could simply give us back a UI which looked liked Snow Leopard (or something else which worked just as well) I think everyone here would be happy and it could mean a site-license for our school. If it can't give us back more-functional scroll bars and color-differentiated icons in programs such as Mail and Safari then it really doesn't suit our purposes.

Does anyone have screen-shots showing more than just the sample-elements on the developer's site?

@Jean, Yeah, we've done that of course, but even that doesn't actually show scroll bars all the time. It helps, but there are certain UI elements which still refuse to show the scroll bars, leaving users to guess if there is more content. That's only one of the complaints anyway, as people remain just as befuddled as ever by the all-grey icons and other usability problems. I've been poking about a bit more, and it looks like Flavors does not yet change these aspects of the OS. But hopefully it will in the future.
