Simple to use program that speeds up your mail program. For those of us who do not want to enter Linux commands.

Nice, simple programme. You drag a QT into the blue window, then you chose the frame you want, hit "Save Frame" and you are done.

Much easier than using QT or FCP.

One thing I noticed - and I am torn between calling it a feature or a bug - is that each frame gets exported in the same size as your windows is sized. I.E. When you have a 600x400 QT file, but your window is, say 605x605, you get a square picture.

What I would love is the following future features:

Automatic numbering of exported frames.
Option to export in native QT size (with option of having 16:9).
Display of current window size.
A Text saying "Drop QT file here" instead of the blue screen - this threw me off at first; blue screen to me suggested that I would have to plug in a DV source.

That said, great little - and free - programme. Thanks for your work!

After having tried BelleNuit's Subtitler program for a while, and never been happy with their unintuitive interface, I came across this program.

Though the instructions are not exactly clear, it is a nifty program. To do new subtitles, one only needs the enter key and can type away. So much easier than Subtitler.

Two problems I have come across so far:

1.) When changing the timecode settings, the movie won't play anymore.
2.) When quitting an unsaved project, the program does give an alert, but quits no matter what button one pushes.

Other than that a great - and free! - piece of software.

Very simple program that writes a bigger file to your disk and measures the time it takes. No options to change. Very basic.

Program hangs up right on the starting screen on my G5. Only exit was to turn off the mac.

Not good.
