Brief review,

This is a very useful app if your workflow involves multiple monitors. In my case, an external monitor attached to a 13' Macbook.

Pros: (1) Variety of option to display app menus (on top or inside window title bar, as an extra menubar in your secondary monitor(s). (2) Excellent and responsive support.

Cons: (1) Idles at a 10%-14% CPU usage [therefore I only start it when I need it] (2) As the developer warns, it is not compatible with apps that use non-standard window frameworks.

Overall: I recommend it if you work with apps scattered across multiple monitors. Performance can suffer a bit for compute intensive tasks because of high CPU usage, but it's not a show stopper. The true value of MenuEverywhere is saving you a LOT of mousing around from monitor to monitor, a big plus when you are interacting a lot with different apps.

MenuEverywhere 1.6.1, Snow Leopard 10.6.5 on Macbook first gen Unibody, 4GB RAM, Nvidia 9400M
