Nothing compares. For the developer and archiver, alike, ORO is simply extraordinary.

Hands down the best service possible. They are so responsive, you will simply not believe they can keep it up, but they do. If your time is valuable, this is an extreme tool for you.

Once in a while a company gets a product right and keeps it that way. Delta Walker ORO is that. I have become dependent on the ease and functionality of the compare/diff and archive functions...........and with that responsive service, they just are not going away....and that makes my dependence feel that mush better!

Thank you!!! Keep it up!!!

After installation, it locked up after analyzing. I wrote support and literally 3 minutes after I e-mailed them via their site support form, they responded and sent me a patch that installed easily! Who does that?! The program works flawlessly now.

I had follow-up questions about the cleaning and they answered those within 14 minutes. The last questions were answered within 7 minutes. How can you beat that?!

I would have to say that support is always the problem out there. All Software is resplendent with issues, and it simply depends on whether or not the functionality you use coaxes them out.

As we all know, the key is support. We all say it, but expect a least a low level of wasting our time and patience from most such encounters. Maybe generally our time is only really important to ourselves, but in this case, I believe some respect for our needs is showing up in of all places the vendor’s support group. That’s rare!

I have read other reviews on this company, and I do not believe that their excellent support of my issues was a fluke. Yes, in this case the speed of response and fix was stunningly fast; however, ten times that speed for the most critical answer would have still been only around a half hour!

Based on their stellar support, I will use their CSS Image Encoder. Who would have thought that there is still real service alive and well today? Thank you for the help!

The other reviewers have stated it well. Here is the program depth and flexibility of functionality, usability and stellar, singular customer service against which all other such programs should be judged. It is as simple as that.

One only needs to have a problem resolved by their lightning fast, personable, competent service to realize that anything that crops up, and that means virtually anything, will be handled rapidly, professionally, empathetically and with the technical acumen expected of developers who actually care about interacting with, and listening to, their users. This is extraordinary in the world of development and beyond-beta interaction.

If the above does not strike a bell with you, then you have perhaps never experienced this level of service and feedback interaction from a consumer-to-development bridge, and I deeply encourage to do just that with the folks at DeltaWalker.

There is a reason why the reviews are very supportive of this Company's efforts. This Company is rapidly, and justifiably, establishing themselves as a positive oasis in the midst of the withering, dry nature of all the surrounding products' development who are consistent in their lack of respect for the user's intellect, growing needs and urgencies.

For service and functionality, nothing that I have experienced with DeltaWalker is reduced to the least common user denominator. That is as rare as it is needed.

I also believe that from such consistent behavior and welcomed user-interaction, in the future, their efforts will reflect more of the user's requests and observations than will occur with any competing software. For me, that approach breeds a company and product with which to remain and grow and not endlessly waste my time with re-tooling for another company and product.

We say we want this type of dynamic product and service, and here it is; so, support these people.

Bravo! to the people who recognize this company and their products at whatever technical and service level, and Bravo! to DeltaWalker for their forward thinking and practices! They have all made my life a bit more efficient and easier.

Thank you!
