This has been my favorite screen candy since I upgraded to OSX, but it's badly in need of an update. It's been crashing regularly since at least Snow Leopard. As for any improved graphics mentioned by others here,'s free. A whizzier look would be great, but I'd be fine with just a simple re-compile so that it worked consistently with Apple's recent OS releases.

Hoping for a new version, and soon....

Safari crashes even after I run "Uninstall" from the Cosmopod 2.9.1 dmg. Please fix ASAP...

Doesn't do much, but generally does what it says. Generally, I'm only using this until Compost is updated for Snow Leopard (or whatever is coming next).

2 things on my machine (8-Core 2.66 mghz, OSX 10.6.7, TT 1.2):

It doesn't delete folders, but does delete files within those folders.

I can't turn it off at the PrefPane.

Very nice app. However, it puts up a dialog asking me if I stilll want to count the elapsed time after I've been idle and YOU CAN'T TURN THIS OFF. When it happens, it throws my Audio software out of record mode in the middle of recording. This is, as you might imagine, a deal-breaker for me.

Nice job, programmers. Make the idle time message an option, and I's probably use this...

Still no response. A shame, because this is great software, saddled with bad (not original) ownership. It continues to lose my registration number, and I get no response when I email the current ownership.

Read the reviews on this site and on VersionTracker - I'm not the only customer to be disrespected by this company. My recommendation: Avoid this software like the plague - its current owners don't give a crap about their customers. I've emailed them repeatedly about my problems, and they never reply. They just don't care. Neither should you.

I continually send email to the publishers on my problem with iBeeZz (it loses the registration info after restarts). The current publishers of iBeeZz just don't give a crap about their customers. It's a great product, saddled with lousy ownership. I recommend waiting till the software is sold to someone who gives a damn about the customer before buying. I have sent numerous emails to these jerks about my problem, with no answer. This is a great piece of software, but you need to avoid it until it's picked up by someone who gives a damn about it, and about its customers.
