I have used this app for awhile now, but have been having some issues with updates. I recently switched over to searching for HD versions of all shows. For some shows, it has been download torrents files that are 3gp files. So something must be out of whack with the criteria it's using to search for HD torrents.

There really needs to be some more criteria added for searching torrent types. If the HD option is there, then there should be the option to filter by mp4, mkv etc. Just "HD" is a little too general.

Second, I don't know what other people's experience's are, but I find torrents from 'speed.com' very unreliable. Download times are horrible.

I was looking for a solution to get my WDTV Live Plus box working with Lion. This worked fantastic. Dead simple setup. Thanks.

I have been trying out a bunch of auto tagging tools, and it's been a frustrating experience to say the least. Most of them are massively overpriced, slow with larger libraries, and have a lot of features that don't all necessarily work.

MPFreaker has a reasonable price, a good feature set, and an interface that is easy to use. I am mainly using it to add artwork and lyrics. It's not the quickest tool (though quicker than some others I tried) but it seems to be accurate.

Gotta love it when developers of a highly rated application decide to make 'improvements' that alienate it's user base and go against what made it a good application in the first place. Then decide to charge $20 for it. I would have gladly paid a reasonable fee for the OLD application design if the developers felt it was needed.

The interface is beautiful, and it has a huge edge over other invoice software in that regard. But what makes the application useless for my needs (and judging by their forums a lot of others) is the complete lack of flexibility for numbering invoices.

Very basic application, but works exactly as described. I like how it has the option to organize shows into folders. I have no complaints.

This program has worked flawlessly for me over the last year. I have a tough time understanding some of the low reviews. I basically select my shows, and never even have to open the program unless I need to add another show. It just does it things.

I have been using TED on the Windows machine in the house. It has more features in the way of a show guide etc... but it doesn't do as good of a job of finding the torrents which is what the key function of the program is.

Based on what the program does, and the fact that it just works, its worthy of a 5 star review in my case.

Unfortunately I have to leave a revised update to this review. I recently made the mistake of trying the new version. The new prefpane design is not appealing, and just doesn't seem to work. It has not downloaded a torrent file since I installed it. You actually have less options to choose from when subscribing to shows as well. Very disappointing.

I have been playing around with Rapidweaver (had tried previous versions) and thought I would post my input. I used Golive in the past and use Coda, Text Wrangler and other apps. I just never 'took' to Dreamweaver and am always looking for alternatives. I am not a full on 'professional', but can find my way around code. I like a WYSIWYG app to work out ideas, then I generally tweak code from there. So I personally am looking for applications that suit that, and my review is from that perspective.

I find some of the reviews very interesting. A lot of them are based on what people find intuitive. One user mentions Freeway, which I personally do not find intuitive at all. Maybe as a desktop publisher or graphic artist, but not as a web designer. I won't disagree that Rapidweaver takes getting used to… but so does learning any new application when you are used to one particular application. Personally, I found Rapidweaver pretty easy to learn. ANd if you have some CSS/HTML knowledge, it's surprising how much you can do with the program, even without a lot of add-ons.

One thing I'd like to see is for Rapidweaver to incorporate some of the plug-ins into it's standard feature set. EG, if they incorporated Stacks and Blocks into it, I would gladly pay a bit more, and could give it a 5 star review with no problems. Those add-ons take the program to another level, and put it above any of the competition IMO.

It's a nice application though that has improved in leaps and bounds since I first tried it. At this point I more optimistic of the direction it's going, and it's support/community structure than I am of a lot of other similar applications I have been testing.

It's not for everyone, and people would likely be best reading through reviews and finding ones where people use the application for needs similar to what they are looking for. As you see, the reviews will really vary based on that.

I bought this product about a month ago. I design sites, and lot of clients want lightbox galleries on their site. Lightbox isn't overly hard to work with, but at the price Visual Lightbox costs I thought this it might be a worthwhile time saver. It definitely has proven to be. The program is laid out very well, and it's very easy to use. You can build great looking galleries very quickly.

Lightbox settings are pretty accessible through the interface, but there are a few things I would like more control over. EG add as many settings for configuring thumbnail size/specs as there are for the enlargements. While the simple interface is great, it would be nice to have something like an 'advanced' section in each step so you could access a few more settings.

Overall I am very happy though. I have email support with a few questions, and they have been very quick to reply. The program is a big time saver.

One addition to my review. One thing I do NOT like about the product is that it technically shouldn't be listed as free on here. The free version adds a visuallightbox.com watermark that you can't remove unless you upgrade. It's also not free for business use. So the free application download is not fully functional, which in my opinion classifies it as a demo or shareware.
